On behalf of the Planning Committee of the Liberty Chapter of the Medical Library Association, we invite you to join us for our 6th Annual Meeting to be held Tuesday, October 20, 2025 at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA.
The annual event provides an interactive and engaging program for 80 attendees in-person and roughly 40 more in virtual attendance. Attendees represent a diverse background of information professionals in the health sciences, who provide professional services in academia, hospitals, and special libraries, and all of which are at various levels of the profession.
We are excited this year to offer you the opportunity to participate in Vendor Lightning Rounds, a five-minute presentation to the entire conference audience, by your company’s representative focusing on a new service or product. Another great way you can make an impression is by providing meaningful giveaways or donating a raffle prize.
We are happy to announce new offerings to our sponsorship program, including an additional 60 minutes of vendor networking in the morning from 8:30am to 9:30am! We are revising our “Vendor Game” to reduce interruption at your table, too!
